A. Membership
  1. Frasers Rewards is a shoppers' loyalty programme that allows you to earn points (FCM$) at all Frasers Centrepoint Malls (FCM) listed below.

    Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, China Square Central, Compass Point, Northpoint, The Centrepoint, Robertson Walk, Valley Point and YewTee Point
  1. Frasers Rewards is open to all persons holding a valid Singapore NRIC number, work permit number, employment pass number or dependant's pass number and who are local residents aged 18 years and above. Friends and families keen on enjoying the same benefits may apply at our Customer Service counters or here.
  1. Yes, you will need to sign up for a complimentary Fraser Rewards membership to qualify for all promotions and lucky draws conducted by Frasers Centrepoint Malls unless otherwise informed in writing by the Frasers Centrepoint Mall .
  2. Only a one time registration is required to qualify for all future promotions including lucky draws. All draw chances will be automatically credited to each member's account.
  3. Earn ONE (1) lucky draw chance with every $30 spent in a single day, with all draw chances valid for a period of 1 calendar quarter. Refer to item (9) and item (20) for details.
  1. Shoppers may approach the Customer Service counter at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls to apply for a Frasers Rewards card.
  2. Shoppers may also complete an online application form. Once successfully registered, an email notification with card collection instructions will be sent to the applicant.
  3. If you do not receive any email notifications after 3 days upon successful online registration, please email us with your particulars and contact details to member@fraserscentrepoint.com.
  4. Card collection by applicants must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the email notification. All card collections must be made in person with personal identification presented for verification.
  1. No, the membership fee is currently waived.
  1. Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, the membership will be valid as long as the Frasers Rewards loyalty programme is in operation.
  1. Yes, after completing your registration and collecting your Frasers Rewards Card, you may begin to use your Frasers Rewards card at participating retailers at all Frasers Centrepoint Malls.
  1. No, Frasers Rewards membership is not transferrable.
B. Rewards
  1. Be rewarded with FCM$ whenever you shop


    Subject to any changes that may be made by Frasers Centrepoint Malls from time to time, you may earn FCM$ as follows:

    5FCM$ for every $10 spent at all participating retailers specified in the list of participating malls

    Point earning is capped at 1000FCM$ per calendar quarter inclusive of bonus points if any. To earn FCM$ a minimum spend of $10 per transaction applies.
  2. Be rewarded with bonus points

    Receive a 20FCM$ bonus for every 12 visits to Frasers Centrepoint Malls each calendar quarter with minimum spend of $10 per visit. Such bonus FCM$ are capped at 60FCM$ per calendar quarter.
  3. Convert your FCM$ into cash

    Exchange your FCM$ for e-cash each calendar quarter. E-cash is loaded directly to your Frasers Rewards card and can be used to offset your next purchase at participating retailers. Subject to any changes that may be made from time to time, you may convert your FCM$ to e-cash as follows:

    500FCM$ = $5 e-cash Every subsequent 100FCM$ = $3 e-cash; and Maximum FCM$ that a Member can earn is 1000FCM$ which can be converted to a maximum of $20 e-cash per calendar quarter
  4. Win up to $20,000 in the quarterly lucky draw organised

    Be 1 of 200 winning members to receive $100 e-cash each calendar quarter.

    Earn one (1) lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at all Frasers Centrepoint Malls within a calendar quarter. You may continue to earn earn up to 200 lucky draw chances each calendar quarter even if the point awarding cap of 1000FCM$ has been reached.
  5. Dedicated members' portal and more

    Look out for seasonal perks including free parking, retailers' offers, discounts plus access to members' events. You can also track your FCM$ and e-cash through the Check FCM$ and e-cash history pages within this site.
  1. FCM$ are the points you earn when you spend at participating retailers within Frasers Centrepoint Malls.
    • Earn 5 FCM$ with every $10 spent at all participating retailers specified in the list of participating malls within a calendar quarter.
    • Total FCM$ earned per calendar quarter is 1000FCM$.
  2. Please note that you will only earn FCM$ for the nett value of your transaction if part of your purchase is paid with e-cash or vouchers.

  1. FCM$ are issued and valid within ONE (1) calendar quarter. Calendar quarters are defined as:
    • First Quarter: January to March,
    • Second Quarter: April to June
    • Third Quarter: July to September
    • Fourth Quarter: October to December
  1. FCM$ are valid for ONE (1) calendar quarter.
  2. From the mid of the following month upon calendar quarter expiry, qualifying members will receive an email/SMS notification to convert their FCM$ into e-cash by visiting Customer Service at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls before the e-cash collection deadline personally with NRIC/FIN.
  3. All FCM$ will expire and be forfeited thereafter. No extensions will be entertained.

  1. No FCM$ will be awarded at participating retailers should members forget to present their Frasers Rewards card during payment.
  2. Should you forget to swipe your card while shopping at the participating retailer, no FCM$ will be awarded after the fact.
  3. Only transactions $10 and above will earn FCM$.
  1. Shoppers are awarded with e-cash to thank them for supporting Frasers Centrepoint Malls.
  2. E-cash is a form of electronic cash rebate which members can use to offset their next purchase at participating retailers.
  3. You may use the e-cash on your Frasers Rewards card, similar to how you would use a gift card. Simply swipe your card at participating retailers before payment to offset part or all of your purchase value.
  4. Please note that you will only earn FCM$ for the nett value of your transaction if part of your purchase is paid with e-cash or retailers vouchers.
  1. From the mid of the following month upon calendar quarter expiry, qualifying members will receive an email/SMS notification to convert their FCM$ into e-cash by visiting Customer Service at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls before the e-cash collection deadline personally with NRIC/FIN.
  2. Should you opt not to receive any of the above notifications, you may track your FCM$ balance through the Check FCM$ page.
  3. All FCM$ will expire and be forfeited after the e-cash collection deadline. No extensions will be entertained.
  4. FCM$ can only be converted to e-cash and loaded into the qualifying member's card. No other forms of conversion (eg voucher or cash equivalent) will be entertained
  5. Upon conversion of FCM$ to e-cash, e-cash collected will have 5-year rolling validity as long as member shows an active transaction in the past 12 months prior to the ending of each 5 year block.
  6. The maximum e-cash that you may redeem per calendar quarter is $20 e-cash.
  1. Present your Frasers Rewards card and identification personally at Customer Service counters at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls to claim your e-cash upon receiving the e-cash collection notification.
  2. Qualifying members can convert their FCM$ into e-cash before the end of the e-cash collection deadline. All FCM$ will expire and be forfeited thereafter. No further extensions will be entertained.

  1. E-cash collected will have 5-year rolling validity as long as member shows an active transaction in the past 12 months prior to the ending of each 5 year block.
  1. FCM$ and e-cash earned in the current day will only be reflected at our Customer Service counters and within the members' portal Check FCM$ or e-cash history the following day.
  1. You may go to the Check FCM$ or e-cash history pages in the member's portal or visit our Customer Service counter at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls to check your point balance.
  1. Simply shop at participating retailers who accept the Frasers Rewards card and ensure that your card is swiped whenever you spend a minimum of $10 at these retailers
  2. Lucky draw chances can no longer be earned by presenting a receipt at Customer Service. You must be a Frasers Rewards member to enter any of the lucky draws conducted by Frasers Centrepoint Malls.
  3. The quarterly $20,000 mall run lucky draws will be conducted in January, April, July and October, of each year.
  4. The first quarterly draw will take place in July 2013 as our 6 malls will commence the programme from 15 March 2013. We will merge all March 2013 transactions into the April to June calendar quarter when awarding lucky draw chances and FCM$.
  5. Please check with Customer Service for the draw periods of other ad hoc lucky draws which might differ from mall to mall.
  6. Winners will be notified by post, email and/or phone calls.
  1. No. Staff of Frasers Centrepoint Limited and their immediate families do not qualify for all mall run lucky draws or instant dips, scratch and win.
  1. All participating Frasers Centrepoint Malls will run separate instant reward promotions from time to time. These are rewards that you can enjoy in addition to your FCM$, e-cash and lucky draw chances.
  2. You will need to personally present your NRIC or Frasers Rewards card and a genuine same day receipt to participate in each mall's instant reward promotions. Please note that you will not earn any FCM$ by presenting said receipts at the Customer Service counter. The receipts are only used to verify your qualifying spend amount. Please check in mall for details or visit the mall's website at www.fraserscentrepointmalls.com
C. Miscellaneous
  1. You may proceed to our Customer Service counter to update your profile or login to your Frasers Rewards account to update your details or unsubscribe from our mailing list.
  2. There are 2 mailing lists available.

  3. Please note that by unsubscribing from our promotional mailing list, you will still receive email and/or SMS alerts on your FCM$, e-cash movement and lucky draw redemption.
  4. Should you opt out from receiving member alerts in addition to promotional material, the onus is on you to track your FCM$ and e-cash movement through the member's portal. Frasers Centrepoint Malls will only contact you should you win any of the lucky draws.
  5. Your default login to the member's portal is your NRIC / FIN (SXXXXXXXA) followed by your date of birth entered as DDMMYYYY as your default password.
  6. To change your member's portal login password please login and visit the Update Profile page. You will see a "Change Password" icon after the mailing lists. Please ensure your email address remains updated in your online profile.
  7. Should you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forget Password" on the home page then enter your NRIC/FIN, date of birth and email address. A revised one-time password will be sent to your email account. For members who registered at our counters without providing an email address, please visit "Update Profile" to insert your email address before proceeding to click on "Forget Password".
  1. Please monitor your online Check FCM$ and e-cash history and report any discrepancy within the calendar quarter.
  2. Please check with Customer Service personnel and file an official complaint to request for an investigation. You may also email us at member@fraserscentrepoint.com to lodge a complaint.
  3. Your account will be suspended pending the investigation and you will be notified within 14 days should further steps prove necessary.
  1. If FCM$ are not credited to your account due to terminal or system downtime, the participating retailer will issue you with an official receipt and a duly signed manual point awarding form. Kindly proceed to the Customer Service on the same day of purchase for manual crediting of FCM$.
  2. Once the downtime if verified, your FCM$ will be credited to your account within 14 days.
  3. If your card is declined or FCM$ are not credited to your account due to the suspension of your membership, kindly proceed to our Customer Service counters for assistance.
  4. Should you forget to swipe your card while shopping at the participating retailer, no further FCM$ will be awarded retrospectively.
  1. Visit any Customer Service Counter in person with your identification.
  2. Based on your registered card number, your current Frasers Rewards card will be suspended before a new card will be issued and all balance FCM$ and e-cash transferred to the new card.
  3. Should your card have been stolen, please call any of our Customer Service personnel at a Frasers Centrepoint Mall of your choice (click here for contact list) to report your card as stolen. You will be asked to verify your personal particulars before your card is suspended.
  4. Any FCM$ or e-cash deemed to have been misused due to the theft or loss of the members' card will not be recovered by Frasers Centrepoint Malls Property Management Service Pte Ltd. Refer to the terms and conditions.
  1. You can approach our Customer Service counter at any Frasers Centrepoint Malls to terminate your Frasers Rewards membership by returning your membership card.
  2. You may also withdraw your membership by writing in to us at member@fraserscentrepoint.com.
  3. All FCM$ and e-cash and the associated benefits will be forfeited upon termination of membership and cannot be transferred to another account.
